Big Data Service Design :Collection to Analysis in the Cloud Computing Ecosystem
Abstract : As one of the leading evolutionary trajectories in the information domain, big data innovation has profound applicability for information mining, data analysis, and data sharing within voluminous datasets. It leverages the latent value of data to generate substantial economic benefits while informing decision-making strategies for socio-economic development. Big data solution design, a novel service model that views data as a resource, orchestrates the collection and processing of datadiverse sources. This paper aims to provide a concise overview of the essential elements of big data solution design and its technical processing framework with a focus on data collection and storage. For this, this paper embarks on a comprehensive review of big data processing and analysis strategies, cognizant of the distinct service requirements that aim to provide invaluable information to solution consumers. It then presents an all-inclusive cloud computing solution system predicated on big data with a summary of a variety of big data application scenarios across disparate fields.

Detection of Breast Cancer using Deep Learning Techniques
Abstract : Breast cancer poses a global health challenge due to the high false-positive rates associated with traditional mammographic diagnostics. This study introduces a novel model using infrared digital imaging to exploit the thermal difference between healthy and tumorous breasts for early cancer detection. This study employed a Support Vector Machine model and a fine-tuned Deep Neural Network (DNN) to classify thermal images as canceroushealthy, using a dataset of 67 diverse subjects. Images with confidence levels between 0.5 and 0.6 were directed to the SVM for further prediction, improving diagnostic accuracy. The model's utility was validated on a new set of 12 breasts. In this study, the results showcase the potential of infrared imaging in breast cancer detection and suggests improvements in thermal conduction levels and advocating for further model refinement research.

Abstract : Pop Art, distinguished by its engagement with elements of popular culture such as advertisements, consumer goods, and cartoons, represents a unique artistic genre that has been advanced by notable artists including Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, and James Rosenquist. These individuals utilized a mechanistic methodology, amalgamating imagesvaried media sources into their artistic productions. Specifically, Andy Warhol attained significant recognition within the domain of American art, creating pieces that unveiled the effervescence of quotidian life and ingeniously integrating facets of American consumerism and advertising into his oeuvre. The import of Pop Art is considerable given its role in dismantling the boundary between high art and popular art, consciously incorporating aspects of an industrialized society into the domain of artistic expression. Accordingly, this research endeavors to scrutinize the genesis and development of American Pop Art, particularly emphasizing an understanding of its distinctive features through an exploration of Andy Warhol’s work, a symbol of American consumer and popular culture.

Abstract : During the Joseon Dynasty, sites with remarkable landscapes were identified as the eightten scenic spots, symbolizing their cultural prominence. Within Suwon, a city of historic and cultural significance, the Suwon eight scenic spots serve as crucial cultural landscape assets, with Hwaseong Fortress at their heart. The transformationinitially being recognized as the 16th view of Hwaseong Fortress to the current 8th view of Suwon followed landscape modifications. The primary focus of this study is to explore the inherent symbolism of Suwon's eight scenic spots by investigating the shifts in their landscapes and the historical and cultural values they represent. This investigation highlights the unique characteristics of Jeongjo's Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, fostering a sense of community pride and significance. The study expects to unravel the layers of history and culture tied to the evolving landscapes of these eight scenic spots, providing a comprehensive understanding of their symbolic and cultural value within the context of Suwon's rich heritage.

Abstract : The emergence and development of the Goguryeo civilization in Northeast Asia and the Korean Peninsula have had a significant impact on the region's cultural history. This paper delves into the architectural legacy of the Goguryeo civilization, a significant cultural force in Northeast Asia and the Korean Peninsula for approximately 700 years. Focusing on the ancient tombs of Goguryeo, which go beyond mere burial grounds and serve as subterranean structures resembling contemporary residences, this paper examines their occurrence, structure, and distribution. Through an evaluation of previous research, the paper aims to contribute to a comprehensive understanding of Goguryeo’s advanced technology and architectural achievements. Furthermore, it proposes a novel approach involving the analysis of architectural drawings and pillars within the tombs to enhance knowledge of Goguryeo's construction chronology and unravel the secrets of these remarkable structures.

The Dynamic Nature of Fluid Cultural Landscapes for Preservation and Management
Abstract : Cultural landscapes are tangible manifestations of the transformation wrought upon natural landscapes through cultural processes. This study aims to broaden the notion of cultural landscapes, introducing the concept of 'fluid cultural landscapes.' Unlike fixed formations, fluid cultural landscapes are characterized by constant evolution, shaped by human interventions, thereby influencing the past, present, and future in a holistic manner. Such landscapes offer a realm for creative spatial organization, inviting fresh perspectives and innovative interpretations of space. A detailed case study of the Korean Folk Village in South Korea and Central park in USA is presented to highlight its transformationa traditional folk museum to a dynamic cultural landscape. By exploring the idea of fluid cultural landscapes, the paper underscores the dynamic nature of fluid cultural landscapes and their potential to redefine our understanding of cultural landscape conservation and management.

Abstract : South Korea boasts a rich tapestry of UNESCO-recognized cultural landscapes, including the Gyeongju and Baekje Historic Sites. Registered in 2000 and 2015 respectively, these sites are renowned for their significant cultural value but require distinct preservation efforts. This paper seeks to undertake a comparative and analytical examination of the policies implemented in these two UNESCO-listed historic areas, specifically aiming to identify areas of complementarity within the policies of the Baekje Historic Site, which was listed later. The findings shows that despite an overarching framework under the Historic City Preservation Act, local laws and regulations were nuanced and tailored to reflect regional specificities. The study highlights the potential for future policy developments to be more responsive to the distinct needs of each site and suggests a harmonized yet adaptable policy framework under the Historic City Preservation Act.
