Research on the development of artificial intelligence fusion technology for each instrument
Abstract : Using the International Patent Classification (IPC) related to artificial intelligence and musical instruments, 288 patents concerning musical instruments AI were selected. Since Yamaha first filed a musical instruments AI patent in 1989, the number of such patents has steadily increased. Until 2015, patents were primarily filed in Japan and the United States, but since 2016, the majority of patents have been filed in the United States and China. Most musical instruments AI patents have been filed by musical instrument manufacturers and tech companies in China and the UK, rather than by major U.S. tech companies. Before 2015, the purposes of musical instruments AI were varied, but since 2016, patents have increasingly focused on AI for music generation. Around 80% of the patents were not specific to any particular instrument, while half of the remaining 20% involved AI for keyboard instruments. These patents primarily focused on technologies for assistingevaluating performance. No patents related to AI for wind instruments were found. Future research on the integration of AI with acoustic instruments is considered necessary.

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to explore the variables that contribute to an individual's psychological wellness and to empirically test the relationship between self-differentiation, self-esteem, resilience, and musical functioning. The hypotheses propose that: (1)self-differentiation predicts self-esteem; (2)resilience mediates the relationship between self-differentiation and self-esteem; (3)musical functioning moderates the relationship between self-differentiation and resilience; and (4)the indirect effect of self-differentiation on self-esteem via resilience is moderated by musical functioning. To test these hypotheses, a self-report survey was administered to 531 adult males and females enrolled in a cyber university, descriptive statistics and correlation analyses were performed using SPSS, and mediation and moderation effects were tested using Hayes' bootstrap analysis. The results showed that self-differentiation had a positive effect on self-esteem, and resilience mediated this relationship. In addition, music functioning moderated the relationship between self-differentiation and resilience, strengthening the effect. Based on the findings of this study, the significance, implications, limitations, and future research are discussed.

Researching Terrazzo Pattern Design Creation with Generative AI
Abstract : Terrazzo patterns have traditionally been used for architectural finishing and are now widely used in graphic design. However, manually implementing Terrazzo's irregular patterns is time-consuming and complex, so we aim to streamline this process with generative AI. This paper designed the main characteristics of terrazzo patterns, such as the size and arrangement of chips, color, and texture, as prompts and input them to AI, generated various styles of terrazzo patterns, and applied them to application design. It was confirmed that the generated pattern was an original and organic image and could be used in application design. In particular, iterative prompting and post-editing helped us achieve the desired quality of results. Generative AI is a tool that can improve design efficiency and creativity, and it's believed to help designers break awayrepetitive tasks and focus on creative work. This study shows the potential for AI to increase creativity and productivity in the graphic design domain, and points to the possibility of more common collaboration between humans and AI technologies in the future.

Abstract : Recently, the Chinese chicken delivery market is achieving explosive growth thanks to the trend of non-face-to-face consumption caused by the pandemic. Amid this growth, the importance of delivery package design is increasing. However, currently, many Chinese chicken brand packages only use plastic boxesplastic bags, so weaknesses in design are found. This study understood and analyzed the SWOT analysis, market competitiveness enhancement, and brand strategy and market positioning of Chinese chicken brands through package design elements (color, type face, illustration, logo, layout) centered on the top 10 most-selling delivery package designs in China in 2023. As a result of the study, the delivery package design of Chinese chicken brands should take into account the local characteristics while also considering the culture and eating habits of other regions. Citizen satisfaction and national identity can be improved by adding elements of traditional Chinese culture that the whole nation accepts to the package design. It is hoped that this study will contribute to increasing the brand value by promoting the purchase desire of products by deriving trends in differentiated package design in the fierce market growing in the study.

Detecting Hazards on Road Surfaces through Image Enhancement
Abstract : This study aimed to analyze and improve the problems of the technology in order to advance the technology for detecting risks on existing road surfaces. As a major achievement, the priority of road surface risk detection and the low-light image quality improvement algorithm were developed. The image quality improvement algorithm for low-light images showed a success rate of 95%, which can improve the identification rate of images that are misrecognized due to problems such as illuminance, clarity, and brightness. In addition, the production of a prototype was completed, and the Structural Similarity Index Map verification result showed a refinement success rate of 91%. In the visual verification targeting experts, it was determined that all images had clear boundaries of identification targets after low-light image refinement. In relation to securing a learning dataset, which is one of the most important parts of the AI model, 40,000 learning datasets in low-light situations were created so that they could be used as a learning dataset. In addition, based on the results of traffic accident analysis and literature review, seven types of road condition abnormalities affecting road safety were classified, and expert hierarchical analysis was conducted to priorities by considering three influencing factors: traffic accident occurrence, increased severity, and decreased traffic operation efficiency, so as to minimize the process when detecting road surface hazards.

A Study on the mode of existence and reproduction of digital work of arts
Abstract : This study is about the mode of existence and reproductive images of digital work of arts. We fundamentally examine the ontological form of s and the changes in the functions and roles of reproductive images that accompany the plurality that is problematic in the traditional concept of art centered on essence, originality, and authenticity. Today, as science and technology development accelerate, art mediated by digital art is on the rise, and it constitutes a logical form that is included in the programatic process, such as computer programs and software. This form of art must inevitably be reproduced infinitely, and because of its own form, originality is not questioned. This reproducibility can expand the opportunity for acceptance of oneself. Since images are created through technological devices and these images are formed in our perception, we pay attention to the decisive role of interaction and perception between subjects and s. The images of reproduction in the experience can be said to be the image of reproduction as an interaction between the subject and the and transformation possibility through the standard of technological reproduction.
