In the global era, converged services that integrate cross-border humanities, arts, and technology were widely adopted for the development of the future industry and economy. Various technological elements in the fields of arts and humanities were converged and new media and art elements were integrated for the development of game technologies. The “Journal of Digital Art Engineering and Multimedia” publishes original research papers in convergence technologies that form the basis of the ubiquitous era by fusing research in the fields of arts, humanities, design, and architecture with the diversity and application of multimedia.

The Journal’s special interest lies in both theoretical and practical research contributions presenting new techniques, concepts or analysis, reports on experiences and experiments of implementation and application of theories, and tutorials on new technologies and platform trends.

The journal publishes original papers and some invited review articles, in all areas related to the convergence technologies including, but not limited to, the following suggested topics:

  • Art convergence areas (photography, production, purity, space, etc.)
  • Humanities convergence areas (linguistics, history, literature, etc.)
  • Design convergence areas (advertisement, visualization, production, etc.)
  • Multimedia convergence areas (games, media, video, images, animation, etc.)
  • Architecture convergence areas (interior, exterior, etc.)
  • Other Convergence area

The Journal promotes domestic and international research and academic activities and contribute to the development of learning through the fusion of arts, humanities, design, media, life sciences, architecture, games, and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in cooperation with industry, academia, and research institutes.
