Many countries have adopted in recent years the roadmap for developing the future industry and economy through the emerging convergence of technologies with Information and Communications Technology (ICT). The "Journal of Next-generation Convergence Information Services Technology" publishes original research papers on convergence technologies that form the basis of the ubiquitous era by fusing researches in the fields of arts, humanities, and sociology with diversity and application of multimedia.

The Journal’s special interest lies in both theoretical and practical research contributions presenting new techniques, concepts or analysis, reports on experiences and experiments of implementation and application of theories, and tutorials on new technologies and platform trends.

The journal publishes original papers as well as review articles, in all areas related to convergence technologies including, but not limited to, the following suggested topics:

  • Artistic Convergence
  • Humanities Convergencee
  • Sociology Convergencee
  • Technical and Service-related Convergence
  • Other Convergence area

The Journal promotes domestic and international research and academic activities and contribute to the development of arts, humanities, social sciences, and creative convergence studies in cooperation with industry-academic-related institutions.
